Holiday Retreat rates for 2020

UPDATE **Recently we've started offering 10 day holidays as they seem very popular these days. Please call me to discuss dates. 

Our Minimum stay is 7 nights with a SATURDAY CHANGE OVER DAY (arrival@ Saturday at 16:00pm and departure at 10am the following Saturday.)

Since the popularity for 10 day holidays seems to be a current trend - we now include Wed/Thu as possible change over days.


SPRING 2020 - Off Peak   -  30th May -  5th JUNE 2020  Weekly price £1,750        

SUMMER 2020 -  Peak -  6th June  - 11th Sept  2020  Weekly price is £2,100 per week

AUTUMN 2020 - Off Peak  -  11th Sept - 25th  Sept 2020    Weekly price is £1,750 per week - FULLY BOOKED

Arrival & Departure Information

  • Weekly changeover day for your holiday is normally on a Saturday during Summer.
  • All accommodation is available from 4pm on the first day of holiday
  • On the morning of departure your accommodation should be vacated 10am
  • It's really appreciated if you can vacate as close to this time as possible in order for us to have the accommodation cleaned and ready for the next guests.
  • If you are arriving early or later, please let us know. We aim to be as flexible as possible.

We are then closed as we hand pick our grapes and so are fully occupied in 2019 Grape Harvest . 

2020...….Due to many guests re-booking and returning for the second or third times...... we only have a few days left in July 2020.

Deposit Details - Upon booking, we request a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking price, payable by paypal, bank transfer or cheque. The balance is payable 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. For this reason we recommend all guests take out a holiday insurance to cover any , flight delays, loss of deposit or total holiday price due to unforeseen circumstances.

Terms and Conditions - Prior to booking please ensure you have visited the page entitled "terms and conditions". Payment of your deposit is confirmation of accepting all terms and conditions mentioned within the terms and conditions page included on this website. 

Additional Information - We do not ask for a damage deposit up front as we prefer to believe that for the duration of your stay you will respect our property and look after everything, as if it were your own home. We’d really appreciate you let us know immediately if any accidents happen so that we can replace the damaged items for the next guests. Should any serious damage occur, we will however, deal with this on an individual basis.
